Our approach
We gave every measurement a place (project, building, elevation) and a lifecycle, so the team could see what was done, by whom, and what was left.
What we built
Structured project, building, and elevation records; measurement statuses from Not Started to Invoiced; automatic caulking entries; team assignment; and before-and-after audit history with user attribution.
What happened next
The model became the foundation for FilmOptix’s measurement system, an example of starting with a focused tool and growing into a platform.
