HOW WE ENGAGE

Clear ways
to work together.

Every engagement starts small and expands only when the value is clear.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Free, 30 minutes. We talk through the problem and tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit. No cost and no obligation.

  2. 02

    AI Readiness Assessment

Flat fee, starting at $1,500, over 1–2 weeks. You get a workflow review, prioritized AI and automation opportunities, and a written roadmap with an estimate. The fee is credited toward a build if you proceed.

  3. 03

    Project build

Fixed bid per phase. We design, build, and launch a defined system or AI implementation, and you approve the price of each phase before it starts.

  4. 04

    Ongoing partnership

A monthly retainer for improvements, support, hosting, and new automations.

About the AI Readiness Assessment ↗

WHAT HAPPENS IN A BUILD

The workflow
is the specification.

Builds follow our process: map the workflow, define the operating model, prototype the riskiest part, build and integrate, then deploy, train, and improve.

Our process ↗

TYPICAL PROJECT BUDGETS

From under $25,000 to $150,000+.

Where a project lands depends on scope. The assessment’s written estimate gives you the number before you commit, and each build phase is a fixed bid.

WHO OWNS THE CODE

You own what
we build for you.

You own the custom code we write for you. Where a project uses reusable components we’ve built before, such as parts of FilmOptix or Frost Tracker, we keep ownership of those components and license them to you for use in your system.

QUESTIONS

Before you start.

How much does it cost?

The discovery call is free. The AI Readiness Assessment starts at $1,500 and is credited toward a build. Builds are priced as a fixed bid per phase; typical project budgets run from under $25,000 to $150,000+, and the assessment’s written estimate tells you the cost before you commit. See How We Engage.

How long does a project take?

The assessment takes about 1–2 weeks. Build timelines depend on scope and appear in the roadmap estimate before you commit.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. An ongoing partnership is a monthly retainer covering improvements, support, hosting, and new automations.

Whether it’s a spreadsheet, a manual step, or a tool you’ve outgrown, we’ll help you decide whether the right answer is an integration, an AI-assisted step, a focused tool, or a full platform.
