What we collect

The inquiry form collects the contact and business details you provide, your workflow description, optional project preferences, and any file you choose to upload. Uploads are optional. Please remove sensitive customer or employee information.

Why we collect it

Nextstructa Technologies uses these details to assess your project and respond to your inquiry. Submissions are stored in the site’s database. Attachments are stored privately and aren’t published on the website.

Insights newsletter

If you subscribe to Insights updates, we store your email address and the date you signed up in the site’s database. We use it only to send Insights posts, and you can unsubscribe at any time from any email or through the contact form.

Security and spam prevention

The form validates submissions and limits repeated requests. A short-lived hash of the request network address is used for rate limiting; the raw address isn’t stored in the inquiry record.

Analytics and cookies

This website doesn’t add advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Cloudflare, which fronts the site, may process technical request information needed to serve and protect it. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts.

Client project data

Data we handle during consulting, software, and AI work is covered by our AI Data Policy.

Questions or requests

Use the contact form to ask about your submission or request its removal. Include the email address used in your original inquiry, and don’t send passwords or other sensitive credentials.
