about working with us.
The questions owners and operations leaders ask before they book a call.
Do you only work with construction and trade businesses?
No. Our products started there, but we work with established businesses in any industry that have real processes and a problem off-the-shelf software doesn’t solve: professional services, logistics, property management, retail and hospitality, healthcare, and more.
We already have software. Do we have to replace it?
Usually not. We integrate before we replace, and we can add AI or automation to the tools you already use.
Which systems do you integrate with?
QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, NetSuite, and custom standalone applications, including software we build for you.
How do we start?
Book a free 30-minute discovery call. Bring a spreadsheet, form, or description of the process that’s slowing you down. If there’s a fit, the next step is usually our AI Readiness Assessment.
What is the AI Readiness Assessment?
A flat-fee engagement, starting at $1,500, taking about 1–2 weeks. You get a workflow review, prioritized AI and automation opportunities, and a written roadmap with an estimate. If you go ahead with a build, the fee is credited toward it.
How much does it cost?
The discovery call is free. The AI Readiness Assessment starts at $1,500 and is credited toward a build. Builds are priced as a fixed bid per phase; typical project budgets run from under $25,000 to $150,000+, and the assessment’s written estimate tells you the cost before you commit. See How We Engage.
How long does a project take?
The assessment takes about 1–2 weeks. Build timelines depend on scope and appear in the roadmap estimate before you commit.
Is our data safe with AI tools?
We use OpenAI and Anthropic through their business API tiers, with Azure OpenAI or a self-hosted model on request. We never use client data to train models, and we delete project data within 30 days after an engagement ends. Read our AI Data Policy.
Who owns what you build?
You own the custom code we write for you. Where a project uses reusable components we’ve built before, such as parts of FilmOptix or Frost Tracker, we keep ownership of those components and license them to you for use in your system.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. An ongoing partnership is a monthly retainer covering improvements, support, hosting, and new automations.

Whether it’s a spreadsheet, a manual step, or a tool you’ve outgrown, we’ll help you decide whether the right answer is an integration, an AI-assisted step, a focused tool, or a full platform.
